The company was established in the year 1992 by Mr. Kalyan Brata Ghoshal and is registered. This is a group of companies whose directors are family members. Mr. Kalyan Brata Ghoshal was head of inspection, growth Shop, Tata Iron And Steel Co Ltd and a top notch technocrat having many distinction and recognition world wide.

- Third party inspection services of equipment for steel, power, sponge iron, cement, petro chemical plants and inspection of Railway wagons
- Convert waste iron fines to sponge iron.
- Turn key basis sponge iron/cement/mini blast furnaces/sinter plants from Greenfield to Design, installation, commissioning and trial run.
- Modification of existing plant for upgradation in cement industry like close circuiting of ball mill, static separator to dynamic separator in raw mill etc.
- Optimization of hot gas handling system in process plant like sponge iron, cement, steel and chemical plant, with the help of modified nozzles.
- Optimization of cement mill operation for enhancement of production reduction of Power consumption.
- Monitoring of equipment health condition by vibration analysis and balancing where Ever necessary.
- Energy conservation in process plants with the help of small projects.
- Cool washing plant of various capacity.

1. To set up Ferro alloys Project,( Ferro-Mng, Silco-Manganes FERRO silicon, Ferro Chrome) including sinter Plant. Maximum Permissible Size of Single Unit:- Submerged DC arc Furnace- 24 MVA- 200T on (Fe-Mn). Sinter Plant - 1OM2-5 OM2( 2OO- 1OOOT PD)
2. Production Of Hot Briquetted Iron using, non coking Coal( Coal gasification)in vertical shaft furnace.
Single module capacity- 50 - 300 Ton/day
3. Coal Gas (Syn Gas) injection in mini Blast furnace to reduce coke rate. Only Indian non coking coal upto 40 - 45% ash will be used.
